Metagenomic sequencing

From targeted amplicon surveys to deep shotgun metagenomics, we handle library preparation, sequencing, and primary data processing in-house. All workflows are optimized for high-diversity environmental samples.

High-throughput culturomics

We formulate custom growth media and run hundreds of enrichment conditions in parallel, then isolate pure strains and stabilize mixed consortia — with genome sequencing and phenotypic characterization for every lead.

Isolate & consortia screening

Isolates and consortia are screened against application-relevant functional assays — carbon and methane conversion, bioremediation, stress tolerance, and bioproduction yield.
